“Easy go” by Bethan Sandall

After three days of sticking, tearing, cutting, and gluing, these collages were created. My entire focus for this journey was to re-connect with my creative sub-conscious - I was surrounded by old magazines, newspapers and sheets of paper and was fuelling my creativity with music, ready to see where my mind would lead me. My degree was being finished in a bedroom, looking for inspiration in a January lockdown was tough, so I decided to take a more hands on approach and find it elsewhere.

These collages represent a hard time for creatives, it shows integrity, passion, and courage. These collages were created through the sub-conscious, dark backgrounds and vibrant reds seems to be a similar theme.
